Small but versatile, the 2 in 1 Tabletop Easel fits easily into any learning activity. The solid wood frame rests comfortably on any table or desk. One side is a conventional chalkboard, the other a non-messy dry-erase surface. Both sides are magnetized and feature wood pegs to hold books or pictures in place. Fold up and store away when not in use.

Easel needs wood or metal bars to lock in open position, instead of chains. Easel can swing shut when moved, causing finger pinching hazard especially at hinged top. Needs rubber feet to prevent sliding while child works/plays. Lock it open, add rubber feet and it's a great easel. We love the magnetic side, the chalkboard, the neutral wood frame, and the portability of this easel. Use suede covered chalk eraser to preserve chalkboard quality and reduce dust. If child wants to draw on paper, use strong magnets to hold single sheet, or rest pad of paper on wood pegs.
