The Martin Universal Torino Aluminum Easel has a tripod design and is crafted of heavy-duty aluminum that is strong and lightweight. This easel features a patented folding system - simply loosen the ergonomically contoured knobs on the back of the rail and leg, then fold and go. The Torino Aluminum Easel accommodates up to a 46-inch canvas and features both upper and lower canvas supports to keep your project in place. The 30-degree angle adjustment gives you freedom to angle your canvas just how you like it.

I love this easel! Quality and value with the right price. This easel is easily stored and transported with a few turns of two knobs.
The reasons I give 4 of 5 stars is because one of the knobs on the easel broke, and there is no way to fix it or replace it. Luckily, the knob can still be used therefore the easel can still be easily adjusted. Also, the second knob has a tendency to turn the entire assembly unless the little screw is held still (not easy because the screw is small).
The easel is sturdy, easy to adjust the height of the main bar, the top bar is removable. This easel has taken me to plein aire events and is used in my studio. Fits easily into a car and easy to carry. Overall, this is my favorite easel even when comparing this the high-end easels.
