    I purchased 15 for an art show. The finish was a surprisingly nice meduim honey color with what might be a layer of poly - very simple and elegant. They were easy to assemble, and the options of floor standing or table standing allowed us to vary our displays. They were sturdy enough for display purposes and looked very nice for our event (vs. metal models we had looked at).

    I got a lemon - poor directions/quality

    Very difficult to put together, poor directions. One of the pre-drilled holes was not centered and the hole was drilled right off the side of the wood, therefore useless.
