I enjoy the design of this easel, and that it can be tilted completely flat. It's a perfect size for my needs. The negative part is the first one I received was in horrible condition. It arrived with a scratched piece, a completely stripped turn knob, a piece that was missing holes, and a crooked piece. The lacquer was not dried properly, and it had mold. Customer service was very quick to send me another one without any hassle, but sadly the next one still had lacquer problems. If the workmanship would improve, I would give this easel a five.

this is a beautiful product in every way. assembly was not difficult, clear instructions. it is the perfect size for my needs. cannot think of anything better.
